“ดำหัว” คือเครื่องดื่มที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจจากประเพณีรดน้ำดำหัวของภาคเหนือ ช่วงเวลาที่เหล่าลูกหลานพี่น้องครอบครัวกลับบ้าน นำพวงมะลิ น้ำอบ และความเคารพไปมอบให้ผู้ใหญ่ เพื่อขอพรรับปีใหม่ไทยอย่างอ่อนโยน
แก้วนี้เริ่มจาก ไทยรัม ให้โครงสร้างอบอุ่น เปรียบเหมือนความผูกพันของครอบครัวที่สืบทอดกันมา จากนั้นเติม กล้วย ให้ความหวานนุ่มละมุน สื่อถึงความอุดมสมบูรณ์และความเรียบง่ายของครัวเรือนไทย ปิดท้ายด้วย มะลิไซรัป ที่มีกลิ่นหอมบางเบา เหมือนพวงมาลัยมะลิที่ใช้ในพิธีดำหัว เพิ่มความสดชื่นด้วยรส เปรี้ยวหวาน ให้ดื่มง่ายและมีชีวิตชีวาเหมือนสายน้ำในวันสงกรานต์

“Dam Hua” is a cocktail inspired by the Northern Thai Rod Nam Dam Hua tradition — a meaningful moment during Songkran when family members return home, bringing jasmine garlands, scented water, and their respect to offer elders, asking for blessings to begin the Thai New Year with grace.
This drink begins with Thai rum, creating a warm backbone that reflects the bond passed down through generations. Banana is added for a soft, rounded sweetness, symbolizing abundance and the simplicity of Thai home life. It is finished with jasmine syrup, offering a delicate floral aroma reminiscent of the jasmine garlands used in the Dam Hua ceremony. A balanced sweet-and-sour profile brings freshness and vibrancy, like flowing water during Songkran.
“Dam Hua” brings together respect, warmth, and celebration in one glass opening with gentle jasmine, followed by smooth banana sweetness, and ending with a bright, refreshing finish, like receiving blessings for a graceful new beginning.
