We’re looking for someone who brings both personality and professionalism, someone who can make great drinks, connect with guests, and take ownership of their work.
REQUIREMENTS
• Growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Basic bartending knowledge — cocktail fundamentals required
• Strong service mindset with genuine hospitality
• Confident communication skills — Thai & basic English preferred
• Sales-driven and comfortable recommending drinks & upselling
• Able to work well under pressure and during busy nights
• Strong team player who is open to learning and developing

• Warm, magnetic, energetic, and genuinely friendly
• Comfortable handling both bartending and guest service
• Self-motivated, proactive, and takes initiative
• Confident approaching and engaging with guests
• Enjoys creating a welcoming experience, not just serving drinks

• Thai nationality only

• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Speaking more than two languages is a plus
