BBC just dropped on our menu. Relax, it stands for Black Banana Cream, not whatever you were about to comment.

Think of it as your neighborhood กล้วยปิ้ง (grilled banana) cart gone full goth: caramelized banana blended with vodka and left to marinate under a slab of charcoal cream, because apparently the 2018 Bangkok charcoal-cafe era never fully left our system.

It’s thick. It’s dark. It will absolutely stick to the back of your throat. Consider that a promise, not a warning.

Our Signature menu has survived 2+ years of service... and it shows. 📖💀
The binding’s falling apart, the pages are basically confetti, and — plot twist — our resident CEO Dui has been personally taste-testing (aka stealing) it this whole time. 🐾
Turns out Dui’s been lobbying for a new menu longer than we have. Can’t argue with the boss.
So this is it: July is your LAST call to order anything off the current Signature menu before it retires for good.
