It was a privilege to join last month as our Bars Manager, Miriam Nini (), took centre stage for their very first guest shift.

Yesterday, we marked World Bartenders Day with a night that truly honoured the spirit of the craft.

From 8pm until midnight on 24 February 2026, the bar was alive as we welcomed and from , Manila for a special guest shift. Their bold creations and vibrant energy set the tone for an evening defined by flavour, creativity and a room buzzing from the first pour to the final round.

It was a gathering of bartenders, cocktail enthusiasts and friends of the industry — a celebration of the people and moments that make great nights memorable.

Our sincere thanks to Patrick and Kevin for bringing their distinctive Manila flair, to all our guests who joined us and filled the space with such brilliant energy, and special thanks to Pernod Ricard.

Sydney’s disco spirit found a new rhythm at Stella.

This past week, we had the pleasure of hosting Disco Pantera — the 1970s New York–inspired bar from Quay Quarter Lanes and recipient of Best Bar Design at The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025. Beyond the party, the experience unfolded through a thoughtful masterclass that revealed how every design element at Tigra + Disco Pantera carries intention, meaning, and narrative — a level of detail and purpose that earned them their celebrated design accolade.

Leading the exchange, brought Disco Pantera’s creative pulse to life with bold flavours, infectious energy, and a deep passion for storytelling. His openness and generosity created an immediate connection with the Stella team — one rooted in curiosity, respect, and shared craft.
