Highlights include saffron risotto cakes with crab and caviar, foie gras with carrot soufflé and quince, delicate strawberry mousse in a white chocolate egg as well as baba mignon finished with gold leaf. Freshly baked Chiang Mai chocolate scones and Madagascar vanilla–kaffir lime scones complete the experience.
