🚨Class of Tropic City🚨After 8.5years, we say goodbye & kick off our very last night together in our Charoen Krung home TONIGHT. So we make sure to look back & proudly remember everyone that has been a part of our story & become family!

Our team has always been small but mighty & we have been so fortunate to have had so many talented people join our ranks over the years. Some having stayed with us since the very beginning. Bell, Arron, Tee, Joey, Sarah, Charles, Olando, Soe, AJ, Simmy, Pond, Ohm, Anna & Plai are the real MVPs. Thank you all for the best years together. We could not have done any of this without you🧡

Tropic City กับเมนูสุดท้ายก่อนบายบาร์ทรอปิคอลที่จัดจ้านที่สุดในกรุงเทพฯ

เมษายนนี้เป็นเดือนสุดท้ายที่เราจะได้มาที่ Tropic City แล้วนะ คิดแล้วก็ใจหายมาก เพราะนี่เป็นหนึ่งในบาร์ที่เราว่าเชื่อมือได้เสมอ แถมยังเท่ขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ คนอะไรทำบาร์คอนเซปต์เดิมมาหลายปี แต่ค็อกเทลเมนูใหม่ก็ยังแพรวพราวได้ขนาดนี้

Tropicology Vol. 2 เป็นชื่อเมนูใหม่ส่งท้ายฤดูกาลนี้ของทีมนี้ ในเมนูมี 6 ดริงก์ที่อ่านส่วนผสมก็น่าสนใจทุกแก้ว เป็นการตีความดริงก์และความทรอปิคอลแบบโมเดิร์นอย่างคนเก๋าวงการจริง ๆ คือมาไกลมากจากค็อกเทลในลูกสับปะรด หรือแก้ว tiki ที่ตะโกนคำว่าทรอปิคอลออกมา กลายเป็นความ subtle แต่ยังคงสปิริตความผลไม้ และการจับคู่รสชาติกับเทคนิคแบบเก่งเลย เมนูใหม่นี้เราชิมไป 4 แก้ว แล้วคือดีหมด!

Nutty by Nature
แก้วนี้จะมีความเป็น peanut butter jelly เพราะส่วนผสมมีทั้งถั่วลิสงที่เอาไปอินฟิวส์กับเหล้า มีทั้งสตรอว์เบอร์รี เชอร์รี เสิร์ฟมาในแก้วขาทรงเตี้ยกว้างคล้ายถ้วยไอติมวินเทจ เราถูกใจแก้วนี้ด้วยความที่มีกลิ่นถั่ว รสเบอร์รี แต่ก็ยังตัดด้วยเหล้าทำให้รสไม่หวานนำ เสิร์ฟมาเป็นค็อกเทลใสทำให้ไม่หนักด้วย

Fizz of Fantasia
แก้วนี้ทำแบบ Ramos แต่เบสเป็นรัม แล้วหอมกล้วยมาก มีรสช็อกโกแลตเบา ๆ ตัดเปรี้ยวด้วยส้มกับเลมอน เปรี้ยวหวานครีมมี่ ทำดีทำถึงมาก

Eastern Trade Winds
เป็น martini ที่มีความเก๋จากการใส่ masala chai ชาผสมเครื่องเทศแบบอินเดีย ตัดด้วยส้มอีกนิดหน่อย ให้ฟีลไม่ดรายมาก ดื่มง่ายขึ้น แต่ก็ไม่หวาน มีรสสัมผัสฝาดนิด ๆ ของชาเข้ามาเพิ่ม

Beam Me Up
เป็นค็อกเทลแนวเปรี้ยวหวานอีกแก้ว ที่มีความเปรี้ยวแต่ครีมมี่จากกรีกโยเกิร์ตที่ถูกเอามาทำให้ใส เพิ่มรสแบล็คเคอร์แรนต์ด้วยลิเคียวร์ creme de cassis

ส่วนใครคิดถึงวันเก่า ๆ ของทรอปิก ก็สามารถมาระลึกความหลังกับเมนู Tropic City Classics ที่รวมดาวเด่นตลอดช่วงที่ผ่านมา อย่าง Welcome to the Jungle ค็อกเทลเปรี้ยวหวานสุดทรอปิคอล เบสรัม ผสมส้ม สับปะรด มะนาว ลิเคียวร์ Pimento Dram แล้วเสิร์ฟมาในลูกสับปะรดอีก มันทรอปิกคอลกว่านี้ไม่ได้แล้ว
