Gypsy Sons is back after a week of being closed due to rain and stormy weather.
We’ll be opening from 5 PM, but please bear with us when it comes to exact timing.
We’re also back to how we started the season: a cozy, homey atmosphere without extra staff – which means, as many of you already know, we’re juggling life with a one-month-old baby and Mowgli running around the garden.
So, if you’re planning to come by, and plan to eat and not only drink - we’d really appreciate a little heads-up, especially since the mother herself is back in the kitchen. But don’t let that scare you away – we’ve got things under control! We just appreciate a bit of extra patience if a larger group shows up unexpectedly. 😅
Otherwise? The sun is shining, life is good. Bring a deck of cards or something to keep yourselves entertained and make yourselves at home. We’ll take care of the food and cocktails.
Our menu is even more reduced than usual (as if serving ONLY tacos wasn’t limited enough already 😂). Right now we’re serving:
🌮 Beef Kra Pao tacos – modern fusion style
🌮 Sweet chili chicken tacos inspired by Amanda’s childhood favourite, with a little exotic twist of mango and pineapple.
If you’re vegetarian or want to try Chart’s incredible shrimp tacos, please pre-order before 2 PM the same day, as we buy the shrimp fresh daily.
Otherwise, just swing by and dive right in.
The spicy margs are flowing and the tacos are… well, blowing? We’re still working on that slogan. 🌮🍹😂
