Join us on Tuesday, 10 June, as we welcome Zest Seoul with co-founders Demie Kim and Noah Kwon, alongside food by Chef Kang Haegwang from Odem.

Together, Demie and Noah brought Zest to No. 2 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 with their zero-waste philosophy, Korean minimalism, and focus on local ingredients. Look forward to cocktails spotlighting Korean spirits, including the refreshing Hwachae with Jiran Jigyo Yakju, Korean shine muscat, and watermelon.

Pair your drinks with contemporary Korean dishes by Chef Kang, whose cooking draws from years across Korea and Australia, rooted in fermentation, fire, and preservation. Highlights include Odem’s signature Abalone Boribap with makgeolli-abalone sauce and gamtae butter.

When hope takes root, potential takes flight. Discover our Mango Margarita as it blooms into its fullest expression.

Crafted with Patrón Silver Tequila and a dual mango purée of both green and ripe mangoes, the cocktail is shaken with Cointreau, lime, and mezcal, before being finished with a Sichuan peppercorn tincture in place of the traditional salt rim — adding a savoury lift to every sip.

Closing off our 14th anniversary parties is none other than Stanislav Harciník from Bratislava’s Mirror Bar. Catch Stan behind the bar on Tuesday, 12 May, from 8pm to 12am!

Located in Bratislava’s historic Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel, Mirror Bar reopened in 2019 and has since become Central Europe’s most exciting cocktail destination. Built on three pillars — Classy, Art & Nature — the bar is an immersive experience anchored by a life-sized tree installation and interiors crafted by local artists. Its cocktail program fuses art, nature, and classic technique, delivering drinks that are as theatrical and sensory-rich as they are delicious.

Stan cut his teeth across various bars in Slovakia before becoming Head Bartender at Mirror Bar. Now serving as the bar’s Global Ambassador, he travels the world carrying Bratislava’s energy and creativity with him, helping to put Slovakia firmly on the map when Mirror Bar ranked No. 25 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025. Beyond the bar, Stanislav founded the Mirror Hospitality Expo, authored the two-volume The Cocktail Balance, and was named No. 41 on influential Bar World 100 list in 2025.

From Guangzhou to Singapore — join us for another night of celebration with Andrew Ho and Kimi Li of Hope & Sesame on Monday, 11 May, from 8pm to 12am!

Founded in 2016, Hope & Sesame is the first speakeasy cocktail bar in southern China. Known for its warm hospitality and boundary-pushing cocktails, the bar was recognised as the Best Bar in Mainland China from 2023 to 2025 and made its debut on The World’s 50 Best Bars list in 2025 at No. 29. The team grew its presence across the region and on the global stage with the opening of Hope & Sesame Shenzhen in 2020.

Co-founder Andrew is one of the key driving forces behind China’s modern cocktail movement. Winner of the peer-voted Altos Bartenders’ Bartender Award in 2025, he is widely respected for innovations across both cocktail craft and hospitality. He continues to shape the industry through his work across multiple concepts and international collaborations.

Joining him is Bar Supervisor Kimi Li, who was part of the pre-opening team of MO Bar at Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen. At Hope & Sesame, Kimi brings a thoughtful, guest-first approach behind the bar — crafting drinks that are tailored, precise, and always grounded in hospitality.
