Together, Demie and Noah brought Zest to No. 2 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 with their zero-waste philosophy, Korean minimalism, and focus on local ingredients. Look forward to cocktails spotlighting Korean spirits, including the refreshing Hwachae with Jiran Jigyo Yakju, Korean shine muscat, and watermelon.
Pair your drinks with contemporary Korean dishes by Chef Kang, whose cooking draws from years across Korea and Australia, rooted in fermentation, fire, and preservation. Highlights include Odem’s signature Abalone Boribap with makgeolli-abalone sauce and gamtae butter.
