Level 60 Sky View Bar Dining in Singapore.
Featuring Stella Artois Premium Belgium Draught Beer that match the food pairing.
Sky Bar cocktails or mocktails, employed the use of novel ingredients that are characteristic of Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant, such as wolfberries, Chinese teas, Sichuan peppercorn and bean curd in the creations.
Adjoined to Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant, Chuān, which refers to ‘river’ in Mandarin, aptly embodies water, which is an essential part of any cocktail. The Chinese calligraphic strokes of “川” represent the three key components of a cocktail; a delicate balance of spirit (e.g. gin, rum etc), modifier (e.g. vermouth, bitters, juices etc) and flavouring agent (e.g. liqueur, syrups etc).
Backed by a full-fledged culinary team, the cocktail bar has the unique privilege of marrying its beverage programme with delightful Sichuan and Cantonese classics, such as Chong Qing Diced Chicken with Dried Chilli and Stir-fried Diced Beef with Sliced Garlic.
