Meet Tristan, Singapore-born and shaking things up at 28 HongKong Street for the past year and a half. With four years in the game (and counting), safe to say he’s done his rounds.

His golden rule is “Always prepare for success”. He loves connecting with guests and making sure your glass — and your night — hits exactly how it should. He’s currently obsessed with mixing a mean Penicillin and drinks his Negronis like a classic.
