This coming April, join us for a Charity Guest Shift at Synthesis, featuring Dat Pham from The Haflington, Hanoi — recognised among Asia’s Top 50 Bars.

For one night only, Dat steps behind the bar to present a cocktail menu shaped by precision, storytelling, and a deep respect for craft. Expect a thoughtful exploration of flavours that reflects his distinct style and the evolving cocktail scene of Hanoi.

More than just a guest shift, this evening carries purpose — where every drink shared contributes to a greater cause.

For every drink sold, Love, Tito’s will donate USD 1 to Willing Hearts’s Soup Kitchen project, with a maximum total donation of USD 1,000.

The Five Elements, reimagined in a glass.

On 16 March 2026, we welcome Timothy Aw, Head Bartender of Mirror Mirror, for a guided cocktail pairing workshop inspired by Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth.

Through the five elements, learn how flavour and technique work in harmony. Each cocktail is paired with a course, and two will be crafted by you, under Timothy’s guidance.

An evening of learning, tasting, and understanding how the elements move through spirit and plate. An evening of hands-on mixing and thoughtful pairing where cocktails meet TCM-inspired cuisine.
