It starts with chickpeas, fresh herbs, garlic, and onion — blended fresh, shaped by hand, and fried until crisp on the outside and soft in the middle.
Then we add the good stuff: pickled onion, radish, heirloom tomato, fresh mint, homemade pickles, and smoked miso tahini.
Wrapped in warm pita, or served as a platter with creamy hummus and fattoush on the side.
No frozen shortcuts. No dry falafel.
Just proper ingredients, bold herbs, warm bread, and a bite that disappears way too fast. 🌿🔥
