We recently concluded our Q1 2026 Team Engagement Session with our team members from both our BGC and Ortigas branches to review our first quarter performance and align on the road ahead.
We discussed what went well, the areas where we can improve, and the best practices we must continue to strengthen as we grow, while also recognizing our top performers across the team.

Sessions like these are important not only to assess the health of the business, but more importantly, to check on the growth, wellness, and mindset of every team member.
