🧡
Last Saturday, we wrapped up a 1-Day Intensive DaVinci Resolve Editing Workshop — and the room was something special.
This wasn’t a beginner crowd.
It was a mix of people already operating at a high level:
• A pastry chef trained under Alain Ducasse, now exploring video as a creative extension
• One of the Philippines’ top TV commercial and film directors — someone whose work you’ve probably already seen — refining his Resolve workflow
• An award-winning editor transitioning fully from Premiere Pro to DaVinci Resolve
• Returning students doubling down after taking our Color Grading workshop earlier this month
• Professionals from companies like Summit Media and independent production houses investing deeper into their craft
And that’s what stood out the most.
Not the tools. Not the software.
But the decision to go deeper.
Because at a certain level, it’s no longer about learning how to edit —
it’s about refining how you think, how you decide, and how you build a workflow that holds up under pressure.
That’s what we focused on:
• Structured editing workflows from import to delivery
• Decision-making inside the timeline
• Speed without sacrificing clarity
• Building consistency across projects
Grateful for the trust — especially from people who are already excellent at what they do.
This is what growth looks like.
If you’re serious about leveling up your editing workflow, I’ll be opening the next class soon.
Send me a message or comment “RESOLVE” and I’ll share the details for our upcoming 3-Day class in July.
