🔥 THE FACE – pleasing personality is a MUST. Customers should order a drink… then wonder why they’re suddenly smiling. 😂

💬 THE VIBES – marunong makipag-usap, makisama, and make customers feel welcome. Hindi yung bartender na parang may kaaway. 😭

💃 THE MOVES – YES, YOU NEED TO DANCE.
Because sometimes the cocktail needs shaking…
and sometimes YOU DO TOO. 😏🔥

💪 THE BUILD – fit enough to survive ice boxes, bar setups, bottles, long events… and apparently, the SPICE audience. 😂

🍸 THE SKILLS – bartending experience is a plus, but personality, confidence, and willingness to learn matter BIG TIME.

❤️ THE CHARACTER – good attitude, trustworthy, responsible, and follows SPICE rules.
Pretty face + good body = cute.
Pretty face + good body + integrity = HIRED. 😌🔥
