For PICKY EATERS - food chaining examples para po magka idea lang at magising ang ating creative juices. Minsan alam naman natin- kailangan lang ng examples.
Start kayo sa kung ano yung current na favorite ng autism kids nyo— then offer something na ka texture, kamukha or ka lasa. Better kung pa-healthy ng pa-healthy katulad nung example na nuggets sa baba. Dun sa mga naka feeding therapy po or may idea sa food chaining, please share your creative ideas.

📌 Social Isolation is a heartbreaking reality for many autism families.

Unti-unti, hindi na sila naiimbitahan sa mga handaan, outing, o kahit simpleng salu-salo.

Hindi dahil wala silang pakisama kundi dahil may anak silang “iba" na baka maka-istorbo lang.

💔 Sobrang sakit nito para sa mga magulang.
Habang pinipilit nilang palakihin ang anak nila nang may pagmamahal at pang-unawa, unti-unti namang lumalayo ang mundo sa kanila. Nakakaramdam tuloy sila ng hiya, lungkot, at minsan… kawalan ng halaga.

🤝 Hindi nila kailangan ng awa. Kailangan nila ng kaibigan. Ng komunidad. Ng pang-unawa.
