Born from the golden era of American jazz in the 1930s and 1940s, Swing and Bebop transformed jazz through infectious rhythms, complex harmonies, virtuosic solos, and spontaneous musical conversations. Now, experience that energy LIVE in the heart of Poblacion.

🎹 Emmanuel Rodulfo – Piano
A versatile jazz pianist whose classical foundation brings technical brilliance and lyrical clarity to his playing. A fixture in Manila’s jazz scene and a former international cruise-line performer, Emmanuel brings a refined global perspective to the trio. His rich harmonies, nuanced touch, and fluent improvisation draw inspiration from Keith Jarrett, Chick Corea, Oscar Peterson, and Bill Evans.

🥁 Chuck Menor – Drums
A highly sought-after drummer on Manila’s jazz circuit, Chuck brings remarkable versatility from rock and pop to high-octane bebop. His crisp timekeeping, explosive dynamics, and conversational style connect classic Swing drive with intricate modern rhythms, influenced by Bill Stewart, Tony Williams, and Jack DeJohnette.

🎸 Johnny Gaerlann – Bass Guitar
A Filipino bassist based in Singapore, Johnny is known for his versatility across traditional and free jazz. Performing primarily internationally, he is a dedicated jazz advocate and mentor who has collaborated with numerous acclaimed jazz artists worldwide.
