To all our loyal customers and friends:
Four years ago, we set out to create a nightlife destination in Iloilo City that will give each customer, local or otherwise, an unparalleled experience. We believed that an awesome nightlife is an essential feature in a tourist destination such us our city.
Four years ago, Prism Nightlife was born.
We are proud of Prism, but even more so, we're proud of the community of partyphiles that made it grow.
But after four successful and fun-filled years in business, we have recently come to the decision to open our doors one last time tomorrow, December 28.
This decision is certainly not without great sadness and emotion. The process is very similar to that of a personal breakup -- it is painful to inform your partner that your future will no longer be shared together.
But we refuse to dwell on that. Instead, we want to remember the best of our four-year run.
For four years, we had countless unforgettable parties, highlighted by three years of amazing Dinagyang blowouts headlined by the best DJs in the country. We hosted numerous private parties, too, many of them by repeat customers -- proof that we knew how to turn a celebration into a full-blown shindig. And the loads of photos in our FB and IG pages will forever be there to remind you how we brought the house down.
Our regular days weren't regular either, thanks to our solid lineup of local artists and resident DJs who played their hearts out nightly. And oh, did we mention our pizza? You knew you're at Prism when that familiar aroma wafts in the air. Yes, we have the best effin pizza outside of Italy. All that gave you that unmistakable Prism vibe.
For four years, we're grateful for having worked with dozens of kitchen and wait staff and bouncers, many of whom have become your friends. Believe me, they're the best at what they do. We're also thankful to all our suppliers and sponsors who trusted and believed in us. Lastly, we would like to thank our head honcho (and the only owner of Prism), sir Rico, for embracing Prism and supporting all the people behind it, including us (Kate, Bree, and Aij). We couldn't have asked for a better boss.
Once again, thank you for making us part of your highs and lows, your crest and troughs. Prism's story ends here, for now. Who knows? It might rise again. The party never really dies. π€
