My Aunt Alma Alvarado worked for Transamerica. I remember her sharing stories about the great pyramid in San Francisco as a kid from SoCal. I now pour drinks in the shadow of one the City’s greatest icons. Thank you Alma, for reminding me what a gift this place is to so many people beyond the Golden Gate.
