Another dish that wasn't originally on our menu but prepared for a private party where we catered for 100 vegans 💕
They proved to be the most popular dish on the night so we decided to add them to the menu here in the restaurant and we've sold thousands of them every week since 😋
Made with mushrooms, tofu, mung bean, carrot and onion and served with a sweet and sour soy sauce with fresh herbs and sesame seeds
