We are looking for a part time Duty manager.
Hours available across Tues-Sat, must be able to work Friday/Saturday nights.

Duty Manager

The Duty Manager is responsible for supervising daily operations, leading staff during shifts, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and running of the shift.

• Deliver and promote excellent customer service.

• Open and close the premises as required.

• Upholding sale & supply of alcohol act.

• Monitor venue cleanliness, drink presentation, and operational standards.

• Complete cash handling and end-of-shift procedures where required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing staff/venue in hospitality.

• Hold Duty manager certificate or able to obtain.

• Work across Friday/Saturday nights

• Experience making cocktails/drinks
