Coley & Punch has closed it’s doors permanently on Thursday 14th April 2022, due to a new lease agreement that includes our Princes Wharf site. Whether you’ve celebrated a special occasion here, shared an after-work tipple or partied late into the night (you know who you are), we’re extremely grateful to each and every one of you for your continued support over the last 7 years.

🥃 Whisky of the Week – William Larue Weller Bourbon.

We’re feeling very lucky to have this highly sought after, uncut, and unfiltered wheated bourbon from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection on our back bar.

Released only in limited quantities, and bottled at 62.85% after 12 years and 6 months. Expect tasting notes of sweet spice, to***co and honeyed fruits.

We recommend putting your big boy pants on for this one! 🥵

🥃 Whisky of the Week – Starward Dolce, a current staff favourite 😊

One of the most interesting Australian Single Malts on the market. Initially aged in Australian red wine casks, then transferred and polished in casks that formerly held an Australian dessert wine. Resulting in a juicy and sweet single malt whisky.

Dried fruits, brown sugar, cola and toasted marshmallows! See you at the bar.

🥃 Whisky of the Week – Michter’s 10-year-old Single Barrel Bourbon bottled at a precise 47.2% ABV.

A limited production, patiently aged in specially chosen barrels and stored in Michter’s heat-cycled warehouses. This method increases the interaction between the whiskey and the wood resulting in a big, bold, exceptional Bourbon👌

Each sip takes our mixologist back to Sunday’s at her Grandparent’s – hot chocolate, black forest gateaux, cinnamon cookies and buttered apples 😋
