After a wonderful wee summer break/disco hiatus, we've recharged our batteries and are fizzing to get back under that giant disco ball for another round of party workouts.

You can find us comfortably slotting into the first Saturday of every month - with all our fantastic regulars, new local talent, international guests and all of that good stuff.

Some really sad news.

HNNY will no longer be performing tomorrow night - he's had to cancel his tour of NZ & Australia for personal reasons. This is really devastating as everyone was so hyped to have him here, but it can't have been an easy decision to make and must be for the best. We hope he is ok and we wish him the best!
