welcoming atmosphere. We believe bar tending is a question of character, it's all about taking care of people and that personal interaction. We treat each shift as an opportunity to improve our craft, striving to make it perfect. We have a meticulous approach to cocktails, focusing on classics created in the 18th, 19th, and early 20th century. Caretaker is grounded in the belief that the cocktail is a simple thing and what matters is if you make it right. Every detail has been considered, from the fresh pressed juice right down to the ice in your glass. We believe simplicity is a virtue, our cocktails usually have few ingredients, allowing each individual ingredient to shine.

Did you know that Caretaker has an event space and sister bar, directly upstairs?
Rocketman was born to allow us to accomodate larger groups for drinks, host private cocktail parties, cocktail making classes and guided spirit tastings.

We like to think of Rocketman as Caretaker's more relaxed, rascall of a little sister, with cocktails, live music, comedy nights and a hidden private karaoke parlour.
Our venues share staff, so staff are all familiar faces, and all Caretaker trained bartenders.

Little Rocket is perfect for smaller private parties.
A private area, with your own bartender, suitable for groups of 20-40. It is totally free to book for groups of 20+, with no minimum spend requirements

The whole Rocketman venue is available for exclusive hire, and can accommodate up to 120people.

Kitty's karaoke parlour fits 10-12 people and takes 1 or 2 hour bookings

Large booth bookings are also available
