Executive Summary:
The Red Gnome is a small location night club that will focus on attracting the students of The Hague University, with a student population that exceeds 23.000 with substantial growth of approx. 10% per year.
Recently, commercial space has become available in the centre area between chinatown district and the centre district (2 streets from Grotemarkt) which has proven time in time to have heavy student foot-traffic.
1.2 Keys to Success:
-Make the club available for event organisations on weekends to create and promote their own public events, consisting of a deal in which the event organiser collects the entrance ticket revenue and the club collects revenues in beverage sales.
-Provide exceptional service that leaves an impression with our core customers and partnered organisers, by establishing clear servicing guidelines and giving full creative freedom and support for any given event organisation or type.
-Consistent entertainment atmosphere and product quality.
-Capitalise on excellent location opportunity.
-Managing our internal finances and cash flow to enable upward capital growth.
-Strict control of all costs, at all times, without exception.
-To market in an earlier crowd before 10pm through small entertainment acts such as comedians.
