Rosalia's Menagerie is a cocktail bar inspired by Dutch heritage with it's rich history in trade, distilling, and innovation. This cozy little bar is located on the principal floor of an inn on one of Amsterdam's oldest canals.

The workshop offers an immersive, fun and creative experience. Learn the history behind the ‘menagerie’ and how to make our cocktails created for Amsterdam Cocktail Week featuring Elijah Craig Whisky, Tequila Ocho and Willem’s Wermoed 0.0 Aperief.
