*BIOGRAPHY OF DR. OLUMUYIWA ABIOLA ADEJUMOBI*

Dr. Olumuyiwa was born in Okeho, Kajola Local Government Area, Oke-Ogun, Oyo State.

He is a Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. He obtained his Primary Education certificate at First Baptist Primary School Ilora (1985), Senior Secondary School Certicate from Olivet Baptist High School, Oyo, Nigeria (1991), Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the University of Ibadan (1999), Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria (2003), Master of Veterinary Science (MVSc,), University of Ibadan, Nigeria (2014), Fellow, College of Veterinary Surgeons’ Nigeria. (FCVSN) from the Postgraduate college of the Veterinary Council of Nigeria (2018) and Ph.D. in Small and Companion Animal Medicine, Department of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan (August, 2021).

At the University of Ibadan, He teaches courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and he has supervised many undergraduate and postgraduate students (2012- date) He also take courses in Postgraduate College of Vet Surgeons’ Nigeria (2019- date)

His research works focus on the description and improved management of infectious and non-infectious /non-communicable diseases of companion animals and clinical case studies. He also works on safety and efficacy of plant extracts and other alternative mediations for management of hypertension and cardiomyopathy and their mechanisms of action using biochemical studies, histology, immunohystochemistry, ELISA and PCR techniques. He desire to learn and use more research techniques for better research outputs. He attended and presented academic papers both within and outside Nigeria and published more than 60 research articles both in the conference proceedings and Peer reviewed journals at local and international levels.

Surv Dele Adeola was born some years above four decades ago

He had his Primary and Secondary Schools Education at Baptist Primary School Ilado and Baptist Grammar School Iseyin respectively.

He later proceeded to The Polytechnic Ibadan and Federal School of Surveying Oyo where he bagged ND and HND Certificate in Surveying and Geinformatics.
In his love for Surveying Profession, he proceeded to University of Lagos where he had BSc and MSc in Surveying and Geinformatics.

He never relaxed he was admitted to University of Ibadan, and was graduated with an MSc in Civil Engineering.
He got registered in 2008 and was inducted in year2009 as a registered Surveyor. He is almost done with his PhD programme.

WHO IS YANJU ADEGBITE?

ADEGBITE Adeyanju, popularly called Uncle Yanju, a product of Government College, Ibadan who furthered his education at School of Journalism and T.V, Berkshire, U.K and Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation Training School, Obalende, Ikoyi, Lagos belongs to the class of the pioneer members of the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS).

Yanju Adegbite was born on the 10th of January 1955 to the family of Mr. Sijuade Adegbite and Mrs Amoke Winfred Adegbite (now Mrs Amoke Winifred Momoh). His father was a draftsman at the Ministry of Agriculture and his mother; a typist and a stenographer. He was the first of three boys.

He lost his father in 1968 when he was 13 years old. He was in Form One then at the Government College Ibadan when the sad incidence took place. A dear friend of his father, Engineer G.I Akinde, took over the responsibilities of paying his school fees up to the Senior School Certificate level.

He later dropped out of school at Lower Six of his ‘A levels’ due to lack of funds and in order to take up the responsibilities of sending his two siblings to school thereby sacrificing his own education so they could complete theirs.

He joined BCOS in 1976 and for greener pasture in the same profession, he left in 1990. Although, he had worked also as a broadcaster with the Radio Nigeria between 1973 and 1976 before he joined BCOS. Mr. Yanju Adegbite with the sobriquet, the Music Merchant, has contributed immensely into the broadcast industry as a Studio Manager, Presenter, Newscaster, Disc. Jockey (D.J) and Master of Ceremonies (MC) worthy of emulation.

He got a job as an adhoc enumerator for the 1973 census at the age of 18, while also working as a Disk Jockey (DJ) spinning at parties in order to make ends meet.

Shortly after that, he got two appointment letters, one as an ‘Account Clerk’ with the Cooperative Bank and the other one at the other side of the road, the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN), as a ‘Studio Manager.

Perhaps the nomenclature ‘Manager’ dazzled him so he decided to settle for the job at Radio Nigeria as a Studio Manager. Upon resumption at Radio Nigeria, he found out that the job

The company, Tanwa Forever Automobile popularly known as TFA has sold over 2000 vehicles all over Nigeria with the plan to achieve much more. According to Chief Adekunle Tanwa, the company have developed a great idea to start the manufacturing and assembling of automobile products in Oyo state which is aimed at providing more skilled and unskilled labour for the people. *PROFILE OF DR. OMOBAYO TAOFEEK RAHEEM*

RAHEEM, OMOBAYO TAOFEEK, PhD, MNIM, FCEnt, FNIA, MNIPR was the former Deputy Rector (Administration), and a current Member of the Governing Council, and a Chief Lecturer, in the Department of Mass Communication, Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.

Born about sixty three years ago, in Iseyin, Oyo State, Dr Omobayo Raheem had his primary and secondary school education in his home town, before moving to the Polytechnic Ibadan for the Advanced level School Certificate which qualified him for a direct entry into the University of Ibadan, in 1982. At this same University, he had his both first and second degrees, and recently, he bagged his PhD.

Dr. Omobayo Raheem worked first as a journalist in a newspaper house between 1987 and 1988, before joining the Lagos State Teaching Service to impart knowledge in the up -coming ones. He advanced in imparting knowledge by joining Yaba College of Technology in 1997, as a lecturer, and remain there as academic staff till date.

Hon Ogunmola is a Businessman, Christian Devout, Notable Philanthropist, former Chairman of ATISBO Local Government Area of Oyo-State, Member of House of Representatives Candidate (MHR) of the Accord Party (AP), for ATISBO, Saki East and Saki West Federal Constituency.

He was born to the great family of Ogunmola in the ancient town of Ago-Are in Oke-Ogun Zone of Oyo-State.

The young Jacob Funmi Ogunmola had both his primary and secondary education in Ago-Are, before proceeding to St. Andrew’s College of Education, now known as Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, in the ancient city of Oyo Alaafin.
His passion for education took him to Ogun-State University where he bagged Bsc. Accounting.
In his quest for more and advanced knowledge, Jacob Funmi Ogunmola headed to Lagos State University (LASU) for his post graduate course, (MBA).

PREVIOUS ACTIVITIES AND
ACHIEVEMENTS:
While at various institutions of higher learning, sensitive positions he occupied were Internal Auditor, General Secretary of the Student’s Union at St. Andrews’s College, Oyo State and President of the Student Union at Ogun State University. *BIOGRAPHY OF ALHAJI BARR. (COMRADE) WAHEED OMOBAYOWA RAJI*

Alhaji (Comrade Waheed Omobayowa Raji was born into the family of late Alhaji Raji Akanni on the 27th of August, 1961. He was born and bred in Iseyin. He spent all of his childhood in Iseyin.

His father was a political legend; he was elected as the first Chairman, Iseyin Local Government from 1956 – 1960 and he was also appointed in 1964.

Alh. Raji started his Elementary School at L A Demonstration School, Iseyin in 1968 and graduated in 1974 when he sat for and passed his Primary School Certificate.
When it was time for his Secondary education, he went to the popular Anwarul Islam High School Iseyin as one of the pioneer students between 1974 and 1979 when he obtained his Secondary School Certificate. He was also the first student to be engaged in the same school as an Auxiliary Teacher in 1980.

In his quest for knowledge, he gained admission into the prestigious “The Polytechnic, Ibadan where he obtained an OND and HND in Business Administration in 1985.
He also attended the Premier University, University of Ibadan and bagged a Masters Degree in Managerial Psychology. He also bagged a Masters Degree in Public Administration from LAUTECH.

He is a Fellow of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (FCNA). He is also a Fellow, Chartered Institute of Taxation (FCTI), in addition to being a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
He also attended Lead City University, Ibadan where he obtained a Degree in Law. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in July, 2022.

He has served as Deputy Director of Finance, Internal Auditor, Director of Finance and Head of Local Government Administration in many Local Governments such as the Defunct Ibadan Municipal Government, Ibadan North Local Government, Defunct Ifedapo Local Government, Saki, Ibarapa Central Local Government, Igboora, Saki East Local Government, Ago Amodu, Ibadan North West Local Government, Onireke, Ogbomoso North Local Government, Kinnira, Ogo Oluwa Local Government, Ajaawa, Oriire Local Government, Ikoyi Ile and Ibadan South West Local Government, Aleshinloye where he retired in August 2021.
