Deep, vibrant, and effortlessly refreshing — Blackgrape Fizz is this week’s take on a bold, fruit-forward highball that doesn’t hold back on character.

Built on Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin, the drink already carries a rich backbone of dark berries, gentle spice, and subtle tannin. We lean into that profile with fresh grapes, enhancing the natural juiciness and adding a soft, rounded sweetness.

A touch of Cointreau brings bright citrus lift, while fresh lime sharpens the edges, keeping the drink lively and crisp.

Topped with chilled soda, the drink opens up into something light, fizzy, and dangerously easy to sip. A delicate rinse of absinthe adds a quiet herbal whisper — just enough to intrigue, never to overpower.

On the nose, it’s ripe grapes and citrus zest.

The first sip is juicy and refreshing, followed by gentle bitterness and a clean, sparkling finish that keeps you coming back for more.

Playful in name, refined in ex*****on, Cereal Killer is our nostalgic take on a clarified milk punch — a drink that blurs the line between childhood memory and grown-up indulgence.

At the base is bourbon, bringing warmth, vanilla, and gentle spice, softened by bianco vermouth for a touch of floral sweetness and light bitterness. A squeeze of lemon brightens the structure, while macadamia adds a round, nutty sweetness that hints at toasted nuts and cream.

The twist lies in the clarification. Instead of traditional milk, we use milk infused with Kellogg’s Frosties, capturing that unmistakable flavour of sweetened corn flakes and cold milk at the bottom of the bowl. Through the milk-punch process, the drink becomes beautifully clear and silky, with the cereal flavour integrated rather than overpowering — familiar, comforting, and surprisingly elegant.

On the palate, it opens with soft bourbon warmth and vanilla, followed by gentle citrus lift. Mid-sip, the cereal milk reveals itself — creamy, lightly sweet, and nostalgic — before finishing clean, with a nutty echo from macadamia and a subtle vermouth bitterness.

Garnished with a honeyed cereal biscuit, Cereal Killer is playful yet polished — a reminder that sometimes the most unexpected inspirations make the most memorable drinks.

Iceberg is our modern ode to the tropics — a clarified piña colada reimagined through the lens of craft, clarity, and balance. It’s a drink that looks cool and calm, yet holds warmth and complexity beneath the surface.

At its base lies gin, infused with fresh dill and pineapple — a union of tropical sweetness and green brightness. The drink is then rounded with a bianco vermouth, which adds gentle floral and herbal tones, and balanced with a touch of cucumber for natural sweetness. Instead of citrus, an acid solution sharpens the edges cleanly, before the entire mixture is clarified through coconut milk, lending smooth texture without heaviness. Finally, we use blue spirulina which is a natural blue dye that tints the drink a delicate sky-blue, reminiscent of a glacial sea — calm, pure, and inviting.

The story of Iceberg flows between admiration and evolution — inspired by Four Pillars Lab’s “Tanlines”, famously loved by everyone, and Maybe Sammy’s “Poolside”, a symbol of playful elegance. With the Four Pillars Lab’s home now taken over by the Maybe Sammy family, this drink becomes a quiet tribute to both — a reflection of continuity, transition, and the artistry that bridges them.

Even the garnish tells its own story: we repurpose the spent pineapple from our gin infusion into a Piña Jerky — blended, seasoned, and dehydrated into a tangy, spicy snack that recalls Malaysian dried cuttlefish. It’s a small but meaningful nod to sustainability — nothing wasted, everything reimagined.

Iceberg is light yet intricate — the gin’s crisp botanicals, dill’s freshness, pineapple’s fruit, and coconut’s gentle roundness glide seamlessly into one another. A drink that’s both tropical and temperate, nostalgic and forward-thinking — an homage to transformation, clarity, and the art of staying cool.

This 9 January 2026, CONTI’ welcomes Din Hassan, Co-Founder & COO of NATIVIS Group, for a special guest shift behind the bar.

NATIVIS is a homegrown spirits collective focused on expressing local ingredients through meticulous distillation and responsible sourcing. From floral elderflower liqueurs to fruit-forward expressions, each label under the NATIVIS Group is built with a clear identity — designed not to overpower, but to support balance and clarity in cocktails.

For this one-night-only guest shift, Din brings these spirits to CONTI’, presenting cocktails that highlight how intention at the source translates into restraint and precision in the glass. Expect flavours that are clean, structured, and quietly expressive.

This holiday season, we’re embracing warmth — the kind that comes from slow sips, cold nights, and comfort in a glass.

Our take on an Irish Coffee is a gently layered, temperature-playing cocktail designed to be enjoyed slowly. Served warm, the base combines whisky, cocoa, milk, and amaro montenegro, creating a rich, softly bitter-sweet foundation. The whisky brings warmth and depth, cocoa adds a familiar chocolate comfort, while amaro weaves in herbal complexity and subtle citrus notes that keep the drink from feeling heavy.

Floating on top is a cold salted cream, light and velvety, offering a striking contrast to the warmth beneath. As you sip, the two temperatures meet — warm and cold, rich and fresh — creating a constantly evolving experience in every mouthful.

Finished with a dusting of cocoa powder and a choco stick, the aroma hits first: chocolate, gentle bitterness, and winter spice. The salted cream softens the richness, making the drink indulgent but balanced — comforting without being overwhelming.

This is a drink for chilly evenings, quiet conversations, and lingering by the bar a little longer than planned.
