Cabo's first speakeasy (prohibition) style bar, specializing in craft and Classic cocktails. Providing an unparalleled handcrafted cocktail experience.

Blind Boar is a journey to the 1920’s, paying homage to the era of Prohibition, when the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages were outlawed. You'll catch a glimpse and experience the ambiance of a “speakeasy”. The “Speakeasy" term was used in order to maintain a certain secrecy when ordering alcohol without raising suspicion. The bartender would discreetly tell a patron to be quiet and ‘speak-easy’. We aim to create an atmosphere of sophisticated drinking with friends, bringing forth an inviting and timeless elegance.
