Papa Wong’s Cocktail & Wine Lounge – Bassac Lane
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Bar Manager to lead our venue, grow the business, and take full ownership of operations and sales.
This is a leadership role — managing staff, driving performance, atmosphere, and revenue.
🔥 YOUR ROLE:
• Manage daily bar operations & service standards
• Lead, train, and motivate the team
• Be active on the floor — engage guests & build atmosphere
• Bring customers into the venue (street presence + networking)
• Plan and execute weekly & monthly promotions
• Organize events (parties, themed nights, collaborations)
• Work with suppliers (ordering, cost control, new products)
• Monitor sales, control costs, and hit revenue targets
• Improve menu, offers, and overall guest experience
👤 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Strong personality and leadership skills
• Experience managing a bar, restaurant, or nightlife venue
• Outgoing, confident, and customer-focused
• Good English communication
• Commercial mindset (understands sales, margins, targets)
• Hands-on attitude — leads from the front
💰 SALARY & BENEFITS:
• Probation salary: $600 – $750 (depending on skills & experience)
• Performance-based bonuses (based on sales & results)
