*Knowledge of all food ingredients.
*Complete memorization of the menu.

DUTIES
*Day to day running of the bar area including accomodation, food and Beverage services
*Stock control management
*Building relationship with suppliers,guests and food and Beverage team to maximize sales potential to achieve agreed firms goals and objectives
*Rostering,costing,forecasting and reveiws
* Ensure employees are developed in a structured manner
*Ensure appropriate returns and cash handling procedures are adhered to.
*Co-ordinate daily marketing with the team to ensure all the opportunies are maximized

REQUIREMENTS
*Have K.C.S.E certificate
* Have more than 5 years Experience in bar management
*Have proffesional appearance
* Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create a respectable relationship with both the Team and our guests.
