【Green Yuzu Gin & Tonic】

In early September, yuzu is still green and unripe.
Ripe yellow yuzu has a rich aroma, while green yuzu is sharper and fresher—perfect for a Gin & Tonic.

僕のひいひいおじいちゃん。
鹿山大二郎が大正時代（1920年代）に建てた蔵の
下がり藤の家紋と【鹿印】の紋章。
BenFiddich Houseにしっかり装着。
大切に使います。

My great-great-grandfather, Kayama Daijiro, built this kura, a traditional Japanese storehouse, in the 1920s.

The Sagari-fuji family crest and the “Shika-jirushi” emblem from the kura are now part of BenFiddich House.

I will cherish them and take good care of them.

Thank you, my great-great-grandfather.

Crush the vodka and lemon balm together in a suribachi mortar to infuse the vodka with the aroma of the lemon balm.

BenFiddich Houseに、杉のウロ（樹洞）から作った家具を設置検討。樹齢が深い一つの大きな杉のウロ(樹洞)から四つに切り分け職人が作ってくれました。

大切に使います。

We’re deciding where to place these pieces of furniture at BenFiddich House.

They were handcrafted from a single, old cedar tree with a large natural hollow.

We’ll treasure them for many years to come.

We’re placing furniture made from a large old cedar tree in BenFiddich House.

All of these pieces came from the same tree and were made by a traditional Japanese craftsman.

We will take good care of them.

イスラム教を国教としてるためアルコールが飲める島とアルコールが飲めない島に分かれるモルディブ。アルコールが飲めない島はノンアルコールのバラエティ豊富な深夜営業の『ノンアルコールスタンドバー』存在してた。ノンアルコールモヒート美味しかったです。
