Yeah, we care about the drinks. We obsess over balance, ice, texture.

I’m Deuce Griggs — founder and co-owner of Subterra.

American-born. Chicago raised. Osaka built.

I’ve been in Japan for over a decade, but Subterra is where everything converged — instinct, design, music, culture, and the need to create something that actually feels like something.

In collaboration with our friends our head mixologist has created a cocktail sure to impress.
By throwing his hat in the ring for [What is A SPECTACULAR DISCOVERY?]
This project aims to highlight the appeal of Woodford Reserve and the wonderful bartenders of Japan. It was started with the aim of promoting bar culture through cocktail creation.
Taking the old fashion and elevating it to stimulate the 5 sense, rosemary’s baby is a sweet savory sipper unlike any cocktail you’ve had before.
Starting official from 1/13/2025 until 2/9/2025 we are joining the woodford cocktail fair.
