💫Furansu Cocktail Bar – 8th Anniversary💫

Furansuは今年で8周年を迎えます。
人と街と想像力が重なり合い、カクテルという形で物語を紡いできた8年間。

今回の周年イベントでは、関西から2名のゲストバーテンダーをお迎えします。
科学的なアプローチでカクテルの新たな可能性を探る2人です。

大阪「Kirip Truman」の桐山亨さんは、京都大学で開発された分析機器を用いて、素材の味の分子スペクトルを可視化し、科学を味へと変換するバーテンダー。
京都「Cocktail Stand Furek」の田川寛さんは、カウンター上で稼働する蒸留機を使い、目の前でボタニカルを再構築する革新的なアプローチで知られています。

それぞれ3種類、計6種類のオリジナルカクテルを通して、
味覚と創造の実験をお楽しみください。

8年間、Furansuを支えてくださった皆さまに心より感謝を込めて。
金沢の夜に、また新しい物語を。

Eight years of stories told through cocktails — each one a blend of people, place, and imagination.

For this year’s anniversary, we welcome two guest bartenders from Kansai, both redefining the art of making cocktails through a laboratory approach:
Toru Kiriyama from Kirip Truman (Osaka) — known for using analytical technology developed at Kyoto University to reveal the molecular spectrum of ingredient flavor, translating science into taste.
And Kan Tagawa from Cocktail Stand Furek (Kyoto) — where distillation machines hum on the counter, transforming botanicals in real time before the guests’ eyes.

Together, they’ll bring six original cocktails for one night only — a sensory exploration of craft and creativity.

Thank you for being part of this journey, for eight years of curiosity, connection, and conversation at the bar.

Grateful thanks to all who came to witness his art, and especially to those who chose to bring a piece home. Moved by this warmth, Intro has decided to extend the exhibition with his masterpiece “Endure With Me.” This work strikes a chord unlike any painting I have ever encountered. A creation of rare depth, it carries a force that leaves no heart untouched.

We warmly invite you to come by the bar and experience it for yourself while the exhibition continues.

ご来場いただき作品を楽しんでくださった皆さま、そして作品をお迎えくださった方々、本当にありがとうございます。
