“Japanese Pear Gin and Tonic”
This gin and tonic features “Akizuki,” a Japanese pear variety known for its high sugar content and abundant juice.
I created this as a gift for a customer who recently celebrated their birthday and loves Japanese pears.
It’s a cocktail that lets you enjoy the crisp, refreshing texture unique to Japanese pears, made by pouring in the grated pear flesh as is.
