It’s been a week since the Roma Bar Show, but part of us is still there. ❤️

Between the meetings at the stand, the masterclasses, the talks, and those conversations you wished could have lasted a little longer, we came away with much more than just photos and videos.

Thank you to AIBES and everyone at its stand for hosting us and making us feel part of one big family. Thank you to IBA, ANGELO DONNALOIA, GIORGIO FADDA, the journalists who joined us and gave visibility to our project, the bartenders, and everyone who stopped by to see us — for a hello, a question, to browse through the book, or to share an idea.

And thank you to the ROMA BAR SHOW, which made all of this possible: two days of meetings, exchange and passion, with an energy that is still with us.

This reel captures some of the best moments. But the voices, the enthusiasm and the joy of being there could never all fit into one video.
