A little piece of Via Delle Palme is still on the menu. But only for a few more days.

The two dishes born from our night together are staying at ELIO for just a little longer. If you haven’t tried them yet, this is your sign.

Tonnarello pasta with crushed sun-dried tomatoes scented with garlic and fresh basil, caciocavallo cheese, toasted seasoned breadcrumbs (muddica atturrata), and lemon zest.

Herb-seared mackerel with seasoned peppers (peperoni cunzati) and strawberry & mint chimichurri.
