Ciccio’s birthday is always something to experience around here. 🐎

Sometimes, all it takes is one night to bring together legends of the bar and the kitchen, a room full of good people and a birthday that turns into something unforgettable.

Last week was one of those nights.
Cocktails, food, music and a whole lot of love for what we do. Thank you to everyone who made it happen. What a fu***ng night. ❤️

Il compleanno di Ciccio, dalle nostre parti, è sempre qualcosa da vivere. 🐎

Capita che, per una sera, alcune leggende del bar e della cucina si ritrovino tutte nello stesso posto, trasformando un compleanno in una serata indimenticabile per chiunque ci sia passato.

La settimana scorsa è successo proprio questo.
Cocktail, cucina, musica e tanta voglia di fare le cose come piacciono a noi. Grazie a tutti quelli che l’hanno resa possibile. Che figata. ❤️

The second chapter of Ciao Habibi takes us to Lebanon.

This time, we’re welcoming the team from beirut__ ristorante , Cesena, bringing the flavours and traditions of Lebanese cuisine to Racine. From hummus and falafel to fresh tabbouleh and shawarma, expect a cuisine built around spices, aromatic herbs and recipes rooted in Middle Eastern tradition.

Lebanese food, Racine cocktails and another night of good company.

Il secondo capitolo di Ciao Habibi ci porta in Libano.

Questa volta ospitiamo i ragazzi di beirut__ ristorante , Cesena, che porteranno da Racine i profumi e la tradizione della cucina libanese. Dall’hummus ai falafel, dal tabbouleh fresco allo shawarma, una cucina fatta di spezie, erbe aromatiche e ricette radicate nella tradizione mediorientale.

Cucina libanese, cocktail Racine e un’altra serata da condividere, tra sapori mediorientali e buone bevute.

PREP MODE. 🧪

Prep is one of the most important parts of our workflow at Racine.

Before anything reaches the glass, there’s a lot happening behind the bar: infusions, batches, ingredients, bottles, tests and a good amount of time.

Today Francesco Ismenghi is deep into preparations — not only for our everyday service, but also for the cocktails we’ll be taking to our friends at FUBA this Thursday for their first birthday. 🎂

Le prep sono una delle parti fondamentali del nostro workflow da Racine.

Prima che qualcosa arrivi nel bicchiere, dietro al bancone succedono parecchie cose: infusioni, batch, ingredienti, bottiglie, prove e soprattutto tanto tempo.

Oggi Francesco Ismenghi è completamente immerso nelle preparazioni — non solo per il servizio di tutti i giorni, ma anche per i cocktail che porteremo questo giovedì dai nostri amici di FUBA , per festeggiare il loro primo compleanno.🎂
