Ma come si fa a restare rilevanti?
Come fa un bar vecchio, con il velluto rosso sui divani e la carta da parati sui muri, in una città come Napoli dove non si bevono cocktail, a essere ancora sul pezzo?
Ciò che conta davvero per noi, che fa la differenza, è il lavoro che viene fatto ogni giorno, con l'impegno di essere ogni sera il Miglior Bar per i nostri ospiti. La costanza, alla fine della giornata, vale più di ogni altra cosa. Sicuramente più di premi e riconoscimenti.
Ma, comunque, essere selezionati tra i primi 50 Bar d'Europa per ci ha fatto molto piacere. Per fortuna, ci siamo portati la Sciarpa.

But how do one stay relevant?
How does an old bar, with red velvet sofas and wallpaper on the walls, in a city like Naples where people don't really drink cocktails, manage to stay on top of its game?
What truly matters to us, what makes the difference, is the work we put in every single day, with the commitment to being the Best Bar for our guests every single night. Consistency, at the end of the day, is worth more than anything else. Definitely more than awards and accolades.
But still, being selected among the 50 Best Bars in Europe by made us incredibly happy. Good thing we brought the Scarf.
