A personal and imaginative editorial concept, just for fun.

*Portrait of Louis XIII of France at the age of ten*, 1611, by the Flemish artist Frans Pourbus the Younger.

I have transported the young King of France into the present day, set in an alleyway in the Spanish Quarter of Naples.

SLIDING DOORS_personal project.

Urban landscapes are the beating heart of countless visual inspirations.
Through its interplay of contrasts, the city – with its various views, even the less tidy ones – offers endless creative possibilities.
Just like the historical layering of architectural and design elements, of which Milan is a perfect example.

The project draws on these themes for its casting and styling too: layering, contrasts, inclusion and aesthetic diversity, to create a visual language that aims to become universally recognised.
