WHERE DETAILS ARE A RITUAL.

An homage to the legacy of Palazzo Concini, where hospitality has always begun with the table.

Freshly baked wholegrain bread made with ancient Casentino flours, hand-pulled grissini finished with corn powder, and our signature streghe enriched with seasonal local herbs. Served alongside whipped butter infused with roast chicken and apple, finished with a delicate dusting of black lemon.

A ritual that echoes the past, while welcoming every guest to the present.
