Front Squats: Pause at the bottom and drive up.

Leg Press: Focus on a slow, controlled descent with a pause at the bottom.

Leg Extensions: Pause at the peak and lower slowly.

Staggered Squats: Shift your weight to the front leg and drive through it.

Incline Goblet Squats: Keep that torso upright and touch elbows to knees.
