ASILO (A-sea-lo) meaning haven in Spanish is an open to sky sanctuary perched on the 40th floor of the St Regist Hotel Mumbai. We are the first restaurant in Mumbai to utilize a Josper, an elegant combination of a grill & oven, which allows for moist & tender cooking. We also adopt the unique Robata style of cooking, which uses lava stones, bringing out the most exquisite flavors in all our grilled dishes. This distinctive food selection is best enjoyed with our plethora of signature dishes cooked live and fresh off the Robata grill. On the menu are the Chilean Seabass, Austrailian Crispy Pork Belly, Spicy Tamrind Tiger Prawns & Terriyaki Roast Potatoes. Exotic cocktails include the ASILO Sunrise – a refreshing mix of vodka, apple, passionfruit, ginger & pomegranates, Mango Mia (Martini) – a must try & The Grey Goose Golden Delight. Served in a Swarovski crystal encrusted glass with gold dust, this cocktail can literally be called “Luxury In A Glass”. On Sundays, 1230pm onwards, we host Brunch comprising of classics like Pancakes, Waffles, Antipasto Platters, Cold Cuts & Salads teamed with flavors new to the city like Josper Specials, a Live Jambalaya Station (a Creole / French rice dish), & Robata Grills as well as a vast spread of Desserts. A live saxophonist & DJ belt out numbers that will keep people in the groove, right upto sunset. We also host Golden Hours from 530pm to 8pm daily, offering special prices on champagne.
