What better way to start my food sharing journey other than this mouthwatering, soul filling, absolute delightful dish " Sauted prawns with burnt garlic in a butter wine sauce". In the middle of a beautiful summer evening in Munich, Germany I decided to stir this dish up for my host.
Fresh prawns devined and shelled out put on a hot sizzling pan with roughly chopped garlic and butter slightly burning of the heat. Gave it quick stir and cooled it down with half a pint of Sauvignon blanc. Put it on simmer and you see a mesmerizing association of the melted butter and the wine coating the prawns with the most lustful glaze. Check for salt add some grounded pepper and put in some fresh cut parsley. Just to give it a hint of kick more squeeze in a lemon once off heat. Voila! And there you have it , I delightful dish to dip in your breads and sip on your wine on a cool summer evening.
