M.I.T.R.O.N- Fort’s neighborhood bar & eatery is in the early stages of its bloom, has a menu completely unique to itself. Curated by Chef MD Mirajul Molla, the menu here offers multiple variants across courses and cuisines. With strong contemporary influences, the dishes are uncanny and have an unmatchable palate. Whether it’s the quintessential soups, salads and starters or Italy’s finest dishes, our menu has it all. Flowing like a symphony, it has palate pleasing elements for everyone. From Flatbreads to Kebabs, from Pastas, Risottos to Caribbean Lamb Stew, this all-inclusive menu is as fresh as it is classic, as experimental as it is basic and as inclusive as it can be.
Our appeasing mains borrow from the best of the Indian- Butter Chicken, Kadhai Masala and Kukkad Dum Biryani; Indonesian- Nasi Goreng and Thai- Thai Curry. The all-day sandwich and burger section start with something as simply genius as a Peanut Butter and Jam sandwich and carries its way through a Chunky Tuna Boiled Egg Sandwich. Expanding on the breads section, the burgers here are a delight for the eyes and the soul. With options ranging from vegetarian Smoked Vegetable Burger to non-vegetarian Lamb Mint Feta burger, no one goes home on an empty stomach. On the other hand, for those with a sweet tooth, there’s a special dessert of the day! – ever changing as you go. Not only this, our all-day diner also takes care of your mid-morning cravings with its modern breakfast component, serving the classics like Toast Breads, Eggs Benedict on one hand to a Barley Avocado Lassi for the ones who like to take breakfast up a notch.
