On 30th July, Burma Burma brings After Hours to Nutcase.

So far, our takeovers have brought some of the best bartenders behind our bar. This time, we’re making space for an award-winning zero-proof beverage programme—one that won Best Non-Alcoholic Menu 2025 at the 30 Best Bars India Awards.

For the evening, they’re also bringing a special menu of Burmese-inspired bar bites created for After Hours.

We’ve been looking forward to this one for a while.

Whisky Experiments by Nutcase
One Spirit • One Year

This year, we wanted to spotlight one spirit and have fun with it, the Nutcase way!

The Whisky Experiment has always been about understanding the spirit a little better, changing with season, with people and perspectives, progressing with techniques, and learning along the way, one drink at a time.

Edition 01 was where it all began, with fun and fruity riffs on classics and we are already on to the next.

For one evening, Berry Good Time, Apple Walker, Coffee, Maybe? and Mango Season found a new home behind the bar at Shad Skye.

Thank you to everyone who pulled up a chair, asked questions, shared stories and let our little experiment become part of your evening. And to the entire team at Shad Skye for hosting us and giving us the space so generously.

We came back with lighter bags, a few new ideas, and another reminder that the best part of taking a menu to a new city is never the menu itself.
