With a refreshed casual yet chic vibe, great music and an all new cocktail menu, FIO Cookhouse & Bar has put together a DANDY space for Delhi. This space promises for all to have a good time! An excellent time, a DANDY time.

An ode to FIO’s favourite flower- The Dandelion, and all things ‘Fine & Dandy’, the name Dandy embodies and promises a great time!

Maintaining to essence of Fio’s spirit, the bar’s ambience has a clean cut modern design combined with younger trends which make the bar cosy, casual and yet chic.

The cocktails have been derived from fresh, wholesome and natural ingredients. The focus is on simple & strong pairings, without any excessive layering, using homemade infusions and shrubs. Some signature cocktails on the menu are: Grandee Dandy, Black Stallion, Dandy-Lion, Hey Juniper!, Fiore and Mezcal Swizzle. These cocktails have been carefully curated using a concoction of spirits & flavours such as coconut fat washed whisky and Fernet Branca. In addition, homemade infusions & cordials like hibiscus & celery gin, honey mandarin liqueur, blue pea infused vodka and popcorn infused whisky have also been used extensively.
