The cocktail menu has been curated by the globally acclaimed cocktail connoisseurs Luca Cinalli & Gabriele Manfredi, both hailing from the United Kingdom. With Luca’s introduction to the Indian nightlife industry, it is safe to say, Novelé is accelerating the cocktail culture in the country by atleast 10 years with it’s unique innovations, and internationally sought off standards. Owning to his much acclaimed master classes, its is indeed a phenomenon to watch the maestro perform behind the bar, as he amazes you with theatrical experiences like never before. The cocktails have been designed after months of research, using globally sourced ingredients and a variety of liquor brands.
