Waterford City Safe Scheme
Who: Waterford’s City Safe Network is a voluntary coming together of licensees in Waterford City to protect ourselves, our staff, and our customers from behaviour which may, or may not be, criminal, but which is unacceptable to the all.
Why: We’ve introduced the City Safe Scheme to enhance the safety, security, comfort and well being of customers and staff so that their visit in and around Waterford City centre is a pleasurable occasion.
How: Using the ‘Barred from one, barred from all’ scheme we are working together to ensure that troublemakers remain outside the city. An acceptable standard of behaviour in premises is a requirement from all customers. Anyone involved in the following behaviours will be liable to be barred from all City Safe premises:
