Andy Ferreira is a mixologist dedicated to the science of creating well balanced, great tasting cocktails. His attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality have made his services sought after by some of the most prestigious establishments in County Cork. He regularly works with Jameson on their bartender academy which each month brings the finest bartenders in the world to Midleton to discover the delights of Irish whiskey and teach them new methods and drinks.
